Storekeeper
Position: Storekeeper (Officer Level) Location: JST Warehouse, Sattahip, Chonburi, Thailand Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Saturday Half-day may apply depending on workload) Reports to: Warehouse Manager Works closely with: Warehouse Assistant What we are looking for The Storekeeper is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling materials, equipment, tools, and other stock. The position ensures accurate inventory records, proper warehouse organization, safe handling of materials, and timely support to JST's operational teams. Job Description • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storing, and transferring materials, equipment, and tools. • Operate forklift for loading, unloading, and material movement. • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control using SAP or other systems. • Check incoming deliveries, quantities, documents, and material conditions. • Conduct regular stock checks / cycle counts and support annual stocktaking. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in accordance with HSE procedures. • Coordinate with internal departments and support ISO and internal/external audits. • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned. Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related fields. • 2–3 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or administration. • Valid forklift certification/license — Electric & Diesel. • Experience with SAP or other inventory system, Microsoft Dynamic NAV is plus. • Good English for emails and work documents. • Good computer skills and attention to detail. • Able to work Monday–Saturday and support operational requirements. Purchasing Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. • Hands-on experience across the full procurement cycle, including local and cross-border purchasing; oil & gas experience preferred. • Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written), with strong Excel skills for data and reporting. • Good negotiation and coordination skills, with sound awareness of procurement compliance. Key Responsibilities • Screen and evaluate suppliers, and keep the supplier database current. • Manage the purchasing cycle from PR review and RFQ issuance through quotation evaluation, negotiation, and PO/contract preparation. • Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers; track deliveries, quality issues, and after-sales follow-up. • Prepare regular procurement reports and keep PO, tender, and payment ledgers accurate. • Ensure purchasing follows company policy, internal control, and local regulations, with audit-ready documentation. • Work with finance, engineering, and warehouse teams on invoice checks and supply readiness.
Night Directional Driller (Night DD)
• At least 5 years of overall industry and rig-site experience. • Minimum 2 years specifically as a directional driller with mud-motor exposure. • Experience across in fast-paced drilling operations are preferred. • Valid BOSIET-T. Key Responsibilities • Carry out directional drilling operations on night shift, following the well plan and steering guidance handed over from the Lead DD. • Monitor drilling parameters and toolface orientation, adjusting within approved limits. • Relay shift handover notes, survey data, and any anomalies to the Lead DD/day crew. • Support BHA make-up/break-down and routine tool checks at the rig floor. • Maintain HSE and operating discipline throughout night operations. • Keep shift logs and report drilling progress.
R&M Technician
• Between 0 and 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, depending on whether the posting is junior- or mid-level. • Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. • Exposure to NDT methods, ATEX requirements, or safe handling of hazardous materials is an advantage. Note: Candidates should be able to work with tools rated up to 200°C. Immediate availability to start is required. Salary is open to negotiation based on experience. Key Responsibilities • Carry out both routine and breakdown maintenance, including calibration, fault diagnosis, retrofitting, and equipment upgrades. • Handle a mix of electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, along with downhole tools and data-acquisition equipment • Break down, clean, pressure-test, inspect, and rebuild field tools in line with technical manuals and schematics.
QA/QC Manager
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in this role. Key Responsibilities • Manage quality assurance/control for downhole tools and drilling equipment ahead of mobilization. • Experience in DD/MLWD services is preferred. • Review and sign off on tool certifications, calibration records, and maintenance logs prior to rig dispatch. • Lead root-cause analysis for tool failures or related non-productive time, and drive corrective/preventive actions. • Coordinate with workshop, logistics, and operations teams to confirm equipment readiness and traceability. • Keep QA/QC documentation aligned with relevant industry standards (e.g., API, ISO). • Support internal reviews and client audits/inspections at the base facility.
Well Planner
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in well planning. • Bachelor in Science/ Engineering in the related field with Petroleum, Geology or Diploma in Petroleum Technology/ Well Drilling Technology Key Responsibilities • Prepare well plans that meet applicable technical standards, regulations, and HSE requirements. • Conduct engineering studies (trajectory design, torque & drag, hydraulics, casing, anti-collision) to flag and reduce operational risk ahead of execution. • Fine-tune well programs to cut non-productive time, improve drilling efficiency, and keep spending within the approved budget. • Work closely with drilling, geology, reservoir, directional drilling, and field teams to keep well delivery on track. • Document lessons learned and contribute to improved planning workflows and standard procedures.
Directional Drilling (DD) Coordinator
• At least 7 years of experience as a lead directional driller, or a minimum of 5 years serving directly in this coordinator role. • Proven track record supporting fast-paced drilling campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day directional drilling operations across assigned rig(s), ensuring execution follows the approved well plan. • Supervise and coordinate Lead/Night Directional Drillers and MWD/LWD personnel on site. • Liaise with client representatives, well planners, and drilling engineers to resolve technical issues during operations. • Monitor drilling parameters, trajectory control, and BHA performance; escalate anomalies promptly to minimize non-productive time. • Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and operating procedures at the rig site. • Compile daily operational reports and end-of-well summaries.
Accountant (2 Years Contract)
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with responsibilities covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, VAT, and withholding tax requirements. • Experience in processing payments, receipts, and maintaining accurate accounting records. • Hands-on experience with petty cash management and account reconciliations. • Ability to support month-end closing activities and prepare basic financial reports. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site operations and cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in construction sites, manufacturing plants, warehouses, or other operational site environments is an advantage. • Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations when required. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities for the site. • Review and verify supporting documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions. • Process vendor payments and customer receipts in a timely manner. • Maintain petty cash records and perform regular cash reconciliations. • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts. • Prepare and maintain VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory documentation. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Prepare accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documents for management review and audits. • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance teams, and external parties to support smooth business operations. Preferred Profile • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a dynamic site environment and collaborate with operational teams. • Experience handling high-volume transactions and multiple site-related activities. • Familiarity with internal controls and audit requirements.

Supports the Organizational Goal in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction. Follows RBA, Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy Management Policy. Job Description 1. Overall management Production and commercial seed production operations. Provide leadership and direction to all key managers/supervisors and their teams on all aspects of seed production operations and resource management from supply planning to seed distribution both for local and export markets 2. Propose, implement, monitoring and supervise all strategies involves with production to ensure that company meet its vision 3. Reengineering all necessary processes to ensuring that the production is cost effective, production time is minimize, products are delivery on time and excellence in quality. 4. Maintenance and improve machine and equipment to increase the process capability and drive down the loss. 5. Lead, mentor, unite and motivate subordinates though challenging, difficulty and complex problems and tasks with most effective human and resources management. 6.
