JST Group was founded in Bangkok in 1983 and has grown into a regional operating group supporting clients across 44 countries. Today, more than 1,600 people work across our group in various operational, technical, and corporate functions, serving energy, infrastructure, marine, and industrial clients across Southeast Asia and beyond.
Our strength comes from the breadth of capability within the group. We support clients through workforce deployment, HR compliance, payroll, recruitment, corrosion control, protective coatings, inspection, heat treatment, digital systems, and specialist technical services. Each division brings practical experience from the field and the discipline needed for regulated industrial work.
