Shared Services P2P Specialist or Analyst
Summary The Shared Services Analyst (P2P) plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations across the APAC Shared Service Center. Reporting to the Shared Service Lead (SEA), the Analyst manages the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process, including supplier onboarding, purchase order validation, invoice processing, payment execution, and supplier reconciliation. This position requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement. The Analyst will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements • A degree in Accounting/Finance is required. • At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Shared Service Center environment. Experience in a Team Lead role with O2C or P2P scopes is advantageous. • Experience in processing documentation and training delivery. • Experience with global ERP implementations and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with high energy and drive, especially when facing resistance or setbacks. • A team player with strong communication and analytical skills.
Technical Sales Engineer
Title: Technical Sales Engineer Division / Department: Sales and Marketing Division - Grid Position Report to: Energy System Solution Manager Portfolio Responsible to identify key and potential customer (domestic and region) as per the company’s direction. Closely interacting and follow up with customer on pre-bidding, bidding and turn the opportunity to become purchase order. Actively discussing with factory/vendor to find solution matching to the customer to achieve revenue targeted for grid business in Company’s MTP. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Working Experience 3-5 years in grid related business especially on 132kV and above of power transformer, GIS, TLA, SA, high voltage primary equipment. Experience in dealing with Power / Grid Utility company, IPP owner and EPC, familiar with organisations and bidding processes. Language Thai and English: Required (mandatory) / Chinese: Preferred Job Description - - Establish positive relationships with existing business partners to generate additional business. - - Responsible for preparing proposal and provide presentation and briefing. - - Pursuit / Connect / Develop New Business, maintain and grow established clients in targeted industry focus (Electric Utilities, EPC, etc.) - - Attend walkthroughs / onsite meeting as required to assess site condition and develop scope of work. - - Work with sales channel to schedule and visit customer actively to promote and demonstrate product and services. Assist with all technical aspect of sales calls with RFQ interviews, requirements meetings, etc. to increase winning opportunity until deal is closed - - Interpret electrical drawings, specifications and apply codes / standards to develop an optimized customized solution. - - Report on issues, successes, sales forecasting and technical needs. Plant Engineer Position (Mechanical Eng.) (Engineering license required )
Job Summary/Responsibilities: • Study and analyze user design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirement of design. • Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Provide feedback to design engineer on user problems and needs. • Study, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain equipment systems and processes to meet requirements applying knowledge of engineering principles. • Estimate cost and submit bids for engineering, construction and prepare specification/Term ofReference/contract documents. • Conduct a study, improvement and development about machine in order to use production process. • Prepared work schedules and coordinates implementation of the mechanical projects. • Manage, supervise and monitoring vendors/subcontractor regarding the work schedule, job quality and safety. • Knowledge of HVAC System / Sanitary and Plumbing System /Piping design/Air Balance/ Fire Fighting System Qualification /Skills and experiences required: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering • A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in Mechanical Design Engineer • Engineering license, (Associate Mechanical Engineer) • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and Solid Work. • Good oral and written knowledge of English and Thai • Experience in equipment design, construct ability, and maintenance • Has experience in Machines design/Modification/Construction mechanical works in Factory • Technical problem-solving skill, Service-minded and team work, Safety awareness and • Cooperate for achievement • Basic knowledge in IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 • Able to work in Samutprakarn Province (Bangpoo Industrial Estate)
