JST's recruiters, crew coordinators and payroll team run your workforce on CrewForce, our own workforce-management system. Your client view shows every crew member, rotation, certificate and timesheet as it happens, and it is included in the JST service at no extra cost. One team and one system, instead of separate agencies, spreadsheets and a payroll bureau.

Every JST workforce client gets their own CrewForce client view as part of the service, with no separate fee. It shows the same records our coordinators and payroll team work from, so you can check progress and compliance for yourself.
Your crew, live
See who is on site, who rotates next and whose certificates are current, with personnel-on-board headcount for each of your sites updated at every crew change. No waiting for a weekly report or chasing a coordinator by phone.
Alerts before anything expires
Certificates, medicals, visas and work permits are flagged at 90, 60 and 30 days by email and LINE. JST acts on each alert, and you see the same dates we do.
Timesheets you approve online
Review and approve timesheets from a secure link, with no login needed. The hours you approve drive both the crew's pay and your invoice, so there is one set of figures to check.
Reports and audit evidence on request
Training records, drug and alcohol test results, signed consents and permit history are kept on each crew member's record. When your HSE team, an auditor or your own client asks, JST sends the evidence from that record instead of compiling it by hand.

Microsoft 365
Sign in to your client view with your Microsoft account. Crew changes and alerts reach you in Outlook mail and calendar, and in Teams.
ERP
Approved timesheets and the figures built from them can feed your ERP, so your finance team works from the same hours without re-keying them.
Crews working outside Thailand get the same updates, reminders and confirmations on WhatsApp.

JST's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 by BSI. CrewForce records each step of our work, so our processes can be checked, not just described.
Traceable by design
Drug and alcohol tests are recorded with photo evidence and signed consent, and every change is written to an audit log that users cannot edit. If a record is questioned, the log shows who did what and when.
Data privacy built in
Crew personal data is handled under Thailand's PDPA, with consent recorded for every worker and erasure requests reviewed before anything is removed. A breach register tracks the 72-hour notification deadline.

No. Your CrewForce client view is included in the JST service at no extra cost. You pay for the manpower and HR services you use, not for the system behind them.
Yes. Your client view shows your crew's status, rotations, certificates, permits and timesheets, and the documents behind them. You see only your own crew, and JST sets up sign-ins for the people you nominate.
No. CrewForce works in the phone's web browser, and crew receive messages, confirm and send document photos on LINE, which they already use. Crews outside Thailand can use WhatsApp.
Each person, at JST or on your side, sees only the records their role allows, and sign-ins can be protected with two-factor authentication. Crew data is handled under Thailand's PDPA, with each worker's consent on file and erasure requests and suspected breaches handled through a logged process.
