Accounting Assistant Manager or Accounting Manager

Job Description

1. Manage the overall finance and accounting activities;

a. Weekly PL Forecast (including present to top management on a weekly basis), Monthly Closing, Monthly Package, Annually Report

b. Budget Control, Expenditure Control, including Cost Reduction

c. Cash Flow Management

2. Calculate Costing of Manufacturing

3. Review the accuracy of accounting transactions to ensure compliance with NIDEC’s accounting policy and procedure, TFRS, GAAP, and IFRS.

4. Set KPI for both department and individual team member as well as develop and monitor to achieve the target.

5. Liaise with Internal Auditor, Third Party Auditor, including Sox Auditor

6. Prepare CIT, both CIT51 and CIT50

7. Educate to improve professional skills to the team

8. Ensure that team member follow company rules & regulations and take disciplinary action

9. Complying with Company Rules and Regulation, Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 3Q6S, Management System such as RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Energy Management System, etc.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field. Hold CPD license.
• Experience:  At least 10 years in Cost Accounting - Manufacturing (At least 5 Years in Management Level)
• Strong managerial accounting, taxation knowledge, PL Forecast and Monthly Closing
• MS Excel skill.  PIVOT table skill is a must
• Excellent personal skills, leadership and teamwork
• Strong ability to effectively communicate and present in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading)
