Production Manager / Senior Manager

Position: Production Manager / Senior Manager Department: Production (Die Casting, Deburring, CNC, E-Coat, EDVMI) Reporting To: Production Director (Indian) Job Proposes: Be responsible for production visual to meet schedule and output requirement, achieve quality objective and keeping costs efficiency. Supports the Organizational Goal in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction. Follows RBA, Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy Management Policy. Job Description 1. Overall management Production and commercial seed production operations. Provide leadership and direction to all key managers/supervisors and their teams on all aspects of seed production operations and resource management from supply planning to seed distribution both for local and export markets 2. Propose, implement, monitoring and supervise all strategies involves with production to ensure that company meet its vision 3. Reengineering all necessary processes to ensuring that the production is cost effective, production time is minimize, products are delivery on time and excellence in quality. 4. Maintenance and improve machine and equipment to increase the process capability and drive down the loss. 5. Lead, mentor, unite and motivate subordinates though challenging, difficulty and complex problems and tasks with most effective human and resources management. 6. Set, monitor and review the performance of subordinates as well as ensuring that the expectation is met in the dynamic production environment. 7. Ensure that team member follow company rules & regulations and take disciplinary action 8. Complying with Company Rules and Regulation, Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 3Q6S, Management System such as RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Energy Management System, etc. 9. People management and skill development of the team 10. Performs related work as required. Qualification: • Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field • Experience: At least 10 years in Production Management practice in manufacturing of Electronic Part as Die Casting, Machining (At least 8 Years in Management Level) • Excellent personal skills, leadership and teamwork • Strong ability to effectively communicate and present in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading)
