Shared Services Analyst (P2P)
Summary The Shared Services Analyst (P2P) plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations across the APAC Shared Service Center. Reporting to the Shared Service Lead (SEA), the Analyst manages the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process, including supplier onboarding, purchase order validation, invoice processing, payment execution, and supplier reconciliation. This position requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement. The Analyst will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements • A degree in Accounting/Finance is required. • At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Shared Service Center environment. Experience in a Team Lead role with O2C or P2P scopes is advantageous. • Experience in processing documentation and training delivery. • Experience with global ERP implementations and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with high energy and drive, especially when facing resistance or setbacks. • A team player with strong communication and analytical skills.
Accounts Payable (AP) Accountants for a 6-month contract.
An AP Accountant is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and compliant financial transactions. Key Responsibilities • Invoice Processing: Assemble, verify, and process supplier invoices by matching purchase orders (PO), delivery notes, and tax invoices (domestic and international). • Payment Execution: Prepare and execute payment runs (ACH, wire transfers) ensuring timely disbursements to avoid late fees. • Reconciliation: Perform balance sheet reconciliations for AP, Goods in Transit (GIT), and prepaid expenses. • Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving discrepancies in invoices or payments promptly. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with GAAP, local tax regulations (VAT, WHT), and internal controls. • Month-End Close: Support month-end closing activities, including AP accruals and expense analysis. IT Service Delivery
Responsibilities: • Act as a primary point of contact for IT service delivery inquiries and issues. Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees via ticketing system, phone, email or in-person. Escalating issues to level 2 or level 3 support as required and follow up until resolution. • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phone and other peripherals.
