Job Description
An HRBP
(Human Resources Business Partner) Manager aligns an organization's human
capital strategy with overarching business goals. They act as a strategic
advisor to leadership, focusing on workforce planning, organizational design,
talent management, and change management rather than managing routine,
day-to-day HR administration.
Core
Responsibilities
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with business
leaders to develop and execute people-strategies that directly support
business growth, unit restructuring, and operational goals.
• Talent & Succession
Planning:
Identify high-potential employees, manage talent pipelines, and oversee
leadership development and succession mapping.
• Performance & Culture: Advise line managers on
performance management, employee development, and engagement activities to
foster a high-performance culture.
• Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex
employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with relevant labor
laws and reducing legal risks.
• People Analytics: Analyze workforce trends
and metrics in partnership with HR operations to guide data-driven
business and talent decisions.
Key
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 5-7+ years of
progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in strategic HRBP
• Skills: Strong business and
financial acumen, data literacy, and the ability to influence
C-suite/executive stakeholders.
