Production Planning and Supply Chain Supervisor

• Male/Female • Age 30 – 40 years old. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain within automotive manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management. • Understanding of automotive customer requirements and IATF 16949 is an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Able to travel to work by yourself. • Good healthy. • Owns a personal vehicle and is able to commute to work independently. Benefits & Welfare: • Base Salary : 50K • Travel : 3,000 Bhat/month. • Accommodation : 2,000 Bhat/month. • Food is 50 Bhat/day (base on attendance). • Fix bonus 1 month + variable bonus 1-3 months. • Group insurance health , Accident, Dental ( only staff does not cover Family ). • Gift Gard birthday. • Team building. • New year party activity. • Provident Fun deduct is 5% - 10%. • Annual leave 10 days/year. • Working 5 days per week ( Mon – Fri ) 08.00 – 17.00
