Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with company goals • Align workforce planning with manufacturing targets. • Develop HR policies, staff handbook, and employee relations strategies. • Advise management on labor costs, talent retention, and workforce development. • Act as HR Business Partner to senior management providing workforce planning, organisation design, and HR advice • Lead HR initiatives to improve productivity, engagement, and retention • Build company culture aligned with performance and safety Benefits & Welfare: • Housing Allowance : THB 2,000 per month • Meal Allowance : THB 1,000 per month (50 THB per day calculated) • Travel Allowance : THB 1,000 per month (50 THB per day calculated) • Fixed Bonus : Provided in accordance with company policy • Variable Bonus : Provided based on individual performance and company results • Diligence Allowance : THB 300 / 600 / 800, subject to attendance criteria • Provident Fund : Contributions starting at 3%, up to a maximum of 10%, in accordance with company policy • Health Insurance : Coverage of THB 1,400, including outpatient (OPD) benefits of up to 30 visits per year • Life Insurance : Provided in accordance with company policy • Social Security : Provided in accordance with statutory requirements
