Senior Manager, Poultry (food pressing industry)

Job Summary : The Senior Manager, Product Line is responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and profitability of Poultry. The role leads and develops a team while owning product line lifecycle management, market expansion, and value delivery. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing, the Senior Manager ensures products are competitively positioned, commercially successful, and delivered to customer, cost, and quality expectations. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in product line management, product management, sales engineering, or technical‑commercial roles • Proven people leadership experience managing technical or product‑focused teams • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving product profitability and growth • Experience managing full product lifecycles in industrial or equipment‑based businesses • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills • Analytical, structured, and results‑driven with strong problem‑solving capability • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English • Experience in food processing or industrial equipment industries preferred • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Benefits & Welfare: Transport allowance at THB 12,000 a month & STI at 15% Notes: There will be about 7 people reporting to the Sr Manager, Poultry. They are Layout Engineer, Product Specialist and etc in different counties in APAC. Now JTBM we have changed into only two Divisions in APAC as below, Prepared food and Beverage solutions Protein The Senior Manager, Product Line Poultry , together with The Senior Manager, Product Line Meat and The Senior Manager, Product Line Fish with will reporting to Head of Protein who is based in Bangkok.
