Guardian Sealing Systems
Advanced sealing and corrosion prevention for critical joints, connections, and interfaces — eliminating moisture ingress at the most vulnerable points in your asset.
Protecting Where Coatings Cannot Reach
Corrosion at connections, flanges, and mechanical joints is a recognised integrity risk in industrial and offshore systems — particularly where conventional coatings leave gaps at interfaces and crevices. Guardian Sealing Systems are specifically designed to eliminate moisture and contaminant ingress at these high-risk points.
JST Group supplies and applies Guardian Sealing systems as part of comprehensive corrosion protection programs — integrating sealing with coating, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring to deliver complete asset protection.

Why Sealing Systems?
Corrosion doesn't stop at the edge of a coating — sealing systems protect the critical gaps and interfaces that coatings alone cannot address.
Prevents Moisture Ingress
Seals critical connection points and interfaces against moisture, oxygen, and contaminants — eliminating the primary drivers of crevice corrosion.
Supports Corrosion Prevention Strategies
Works as part of an integrated corrosion protection program — sealing gaps that conventional coatings cannot reach.
Easy Application
Designed for field application on critical assets — including bolted joints, flanges, and mechanical connections — without specialist equipment.
Chemical & Environmental Resistance
Resistant to industrial chemicals, seawater, and aggressive atmospheric conditions common in oil & gas and marine environments.
Where Sealing Systems Are Applied
Flange Sealing
Sealing of bolted flanges and pipe connections against moisture and contaminant ingress into the flange face gap.
Mechanical Joints
Protection of threaded connections, couplings, and mechanical interfaces susceptible to crevice corrosion.
High-Risk Connection Points
Critical points in process systems where corrosion at connections poses safety or integrity risks.
Structural Interfaces
Sealing of steel-to-steel and steel-to-concrete interfaces where moisture trapping drives accelerated corrosion.
How We Deliver It
Integrated sealing services — from product selection through to professional field application as part of a complete corrosion protection program.
Product Selection
Assessment of joint type, operating conditions, and environment to select the correct sealing system and application method.
Professional Application
Application by trained technicians — ensuring correct coverage of the full joint interface and sealing of gaps and crevices.
Integration
Sealing systems integrated with broader corrosion protection programs — including coating, cathodic protection, and monitoring.
Documentation
Full application records, photographic documentation, and inspection sign-off for each treated connection point.
