Qualifications: 1. Technical Skills - Graduated in engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields - Can read drawings and understand technical specifications - Proficient in tools such as CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD - Understand manufacturing processes - Analyze problems in processes and systematically find solutions during development 2. Project Management - Plan timeline for new model - Control project completion on schedule (on-time launch) - Report progress for new model / new mold 3. Other aspects - Have experience with new model development for at least 3 years or more - Understand and able to prepare/verify documents in APQP - Able to coordinate and communicate with both internal and external parties
