Safety Officer

Designation: Safety Officer Department: Safety, Hygiene and Environment (SHE) Reporting To: Safety Senior Supervisor Job Proposes: To implement Safety, Hygiene and Environment Management Processes for the most effective result of safety & environment work as implement, maintain and improve for overall SHE practice. Update and implement to comply in relation safety & environment, laws including audit activities to ensure that safety and environment practice is implementing to all department. Description: • Develop & implement occupational safety, hygiene and environment strategies, policies and practices and ensure that company safety policy is effectively established, updated, well understood, practically implemented and maintained by both safety department and the rest parts of the company • Safety activities as Firefighting system, Emergency Plan, Work Permit, Legal and compliance, Safety Audit, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety Actions Plan, Risk analysis & assessment, 3Q6S, Physical Check Up, Safety committee, Safety performance reporting and preventive/corrective actions follow-up, MSDS and Chemical substance handling • Plan, develop & implement changes working practices in line with safety, hygiene, green environment norms which complied with all relevant legislations for corporate governance • Improve awareness about SHE, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions to protect people health / hygiene / and life, pollution management. • Ensure conduct measure of environment and assessment and environmental measurement report / document approve as legal. Including waste management system. • To ensure the satisfaction ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standard requirements by all parties. • To manage dispensary room and nurse contract. • To manage, implement and develop security management strategies and systems for to protect company asset and company operation, managing security guard work force planning and controlling and coordinating to get the best results. • People management and skill development of the team Qualification: • Education: Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environment any related field • Experience: At least 3 - 10 year’s experience in safety, hygiene and environment management practice in factory. • Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English • Safety & Environment professional level by law. • Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality • Excellent personal skills • Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing. • Can work in overtime and on time calling.
