General Manager (GM) - Songkhla, Thailand

Location: Songkhla, Thailand Reports to: CEO (Headquarters) Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall management of the company, but with a stronger focus on the operational management of Songkhla factory, including operations, production, HR, HSE, QA/QC, engineering, and procurement & supply chain. • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, production quality, and delivery performance in line with corporate objectives. • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, cost control, and resource utilization. • Oversee the implementation of API and ISO management systems, safety standards, and internal control procedures. • Work closely with headquarters and regional teams to align strategy, budgets, and project execution plans. • Support business expansion by ensuring operational readiness for new product lines and projects. • Represent the company in dealings with local authorities, industrial estate management, and external stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; • At least 10 years of experience in factory or operations management within the oilfield equipment or heavy industry sector. • Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional coordination capability. • Proven ability in production planning, quality control, and cost management. • Fluent in English; Thai nationals are preferred.
