Maintenance & Facility Engineer (Engineering license required )

Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance Strategy & Standardized Procedures . Technical Documentation: Review and interpret machine manuals and technical documentation to establish Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all maintenance activities. . PM System Management: Create, manage, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklists, schedules, and performance tracking systems to maximize machine uptime. · Prepare reports summarizing maintenance, installation, and problem status of machinery. . Operational Readiness: Ensure all production machinery and automation systems (specifically PLC and Mechanical systems) are consistently ready for high-capacity operation. 2. Strategic Spare Part Management . Inventory Control: Establish and manage a systematic Spare Part Inventory, including setting Min-Max stock levels to ensure parts availability while minimizing carrying costs. . Criticality Analysis: Perform criticality analysis of machine components to prioritize essential spare parts and reduce the risk of long-term production halts. . Supplier & Lead-time Management: Coordinate with procurement and vendors to manage lead times, evaluate part quality, and find cost-effective alternatives without compromising machine reliability. . 5S in Storage: Implement and maintain 5S standards within the spare parts store for quick retrieval and accurate stock counting. 3. Advanced Analysis & Continuous Improvement . RCA & CAPA: Analyze equipment failures by performing formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues to machinery to minimize breakdowns. . Reliability Enhancement: Continuously improve maintenance methodologies to enhance machine reliability, extend equipment lifecycles, and increase overall production efficiency. . Service Monitoring: Coordinate all repair activities, monitor service outcomes, and ensure that technical solutions are sustained over the long term. 4. Facility, Utility & Project Support . Utility Management: Coordinate and support all projects related to Facility and Utility systems (e.g., electricity, water, compressed air, and HVAC) to ensure uninterrupted factory operations. . General Services: Provide technical support and manage requested tasks regarding general facility services and infrastructure maintenance. 5. Leadership, Training & People Management . Staff Development: Conduct regular training sessions for technicians and relevant personnel on proper maintenance practices, technical troubleshooting, and safety standards. . Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the maintenance team with a Positive Attitude, fostering a proactive work environment and high morale. 6. Budgeting, Reporting & Audit Compliance . Cost & Budget Control: Prepare, monitor, and control the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective spare parts management and service procurement. . Documentation & Audit: Maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance records and provide regular performance reports to management.
