Country Manager / Senior Operations manager

Key Responsibilities • Lead all day-to-day operations across Malaysia, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery. • Manage operational teams, supervisors, and support functions across multiple projects/sites. • Drive business growth through strong client engagement and identifying new commercial opportunities. • Oversee planning and execution of shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance projects. • Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and client expectations. • Develop workforce capability, succession planning, and performance management. • Manage budgets, P&L performance, utilisation, and cost control. • Coordinate closely with Regional Management on strategy, reporting, and market development. • Support mobilisation of specialist resources and equipment across Malaysia.
