In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing employee compensation and benefits, ensuring fair and competitive remuneration practices that attract and retain top talent. Job description: 1. Manage the design, implementation and administration of the company's compensation & benefits programs and Recruitment program 2. Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards 3.
