RACI™ hydrants

Hydrant for underground applications with bayonet attachment for cover depth of 0.75 metres. Hydrant conforms to DIN 3221

1563 ductile iron, with an inner and outer epoxy-type coating.

Standard, part 1.

 
• The cut-off wedge is coated with vulcanised acrylonitrile

 

• The hydrant requires no maintenance because it is completely emptied by means of a discharge valve and an O-ring between shaft and body

 

• Flow coefficient with Δ p at 1 bar = 132 m³/h

 

• Field of application:
     
       
  • Maximum operating temperature: 50°C

       

  • Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar
